I'm now an official mentor for the young artist teaching my curriculum at UW Tacoma. I haven't written that chapter yet, but she's dealing with a really difficult challenge at that school given that she's the only tenure-track artist and the program is sorely unsupported by administration (and the latter has changed regularly like a revolving door).
