The opening paragraph was perfect, Beverly. Beautifully written, filled with humanity and truth. I have been using many of those same skills since the November election, sometimes to greater success than others. But it helps so much to know that someone on the other coast is working with the same realities and finding work-arounds or through-lines or simply a peaceful, quiet morning. Thank you for that!
Such a synchronicity! I was just looking you up the other day after someone told me about their trip to Half Moon Bay and the art that they saw there. I said, "I wonder if Ann is still there." Email me for my cell. bnaidus@uw.edu BY THE WAY, I don't go by "Bev" anymore - haven't for many decades. My nickname is BEE.
Thank you Bee for the containers of your words, they are habitable spaces admist the landscape that grows daily more terrifying.
How we respond to the onslaught is still ours to create, for some of us anyway (and for who knows how long?) May your courage to engage be contagious. ❤️
Inspired by your lived felt embodied shared alive experience. The unraveling here & now is real & we are indeed holding up the bigger expanded consensual relationship with the cosmos!
